Issued by ACCREDIA, the only accreditation body recognized and authorized by the Italian state, the obtained certification demonstrates to our clients that DAI OPTICAL operates in accordance with international standards and specific requirements relevant to the field, ensuring quality and safety products right down to the final link in the productive chain.

Furthermore, all the ophthalmic lenses for corrective eyeglasses, produced by DAI Optical Industries, represent the main part of the bespoke medical device realised by opticians and manufactured for a specific herald according to a qualified medical provider.

All D.A.I. Optical Industries ™ lenses are in accordance with the European Community legislation required by the Directive 93/42/CEE and the specific Italian legislation prescribed by the legislative Decree n.46 of 24 (February 1997) put into effect by the same directive. These are first class medical devices and conform to the requirements established by regulations; EN ISO 14889, EN ISO 8980, and EN ISO 12312.

D.A.I. Optical Industries ™ guarantees the respect of the geometrical tolerance, optic and physio-chemical requirements of the material used for the production: TOXICITY, FLAMMABILITY, MECHANICAL STRENGTH, TRANSMITTANCE.

 

All lenses of “design and production” with DAI OPTICAL brand are “MADE IN ITALY”, certificate IT01. The certification “100% Made in Italy IT01” ensures the authenticity of the product. The DAI OPTICAL lenses can be recognized from 3 small arch engraved above and they are registered at the Ministry of health.
